Are your perfumes 100% authentic?
Yes, all our perfumes are 100% authentic. Every product is sourced directly from trusted certified distributors and goes through strict quality check parameters before it is finally listed for online sale. This ensures that you always receive a genuine, premium fragrance with every purchase.
Do you sell testers or only sealed packs?
We do not sell testers. All our perfumes are offered in brand-new, sealed packs to ensure authenticity, quality, and a premium experience with every purchase.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a perfume has been opened, as fragrances are personal and cannot be resold for quality reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery and we will arrange a prompt replacement or resolution.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we are pleased to offer free premium shipping on all orders. Every purchase is carefully packed and shipped at no additional cost, ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers nationwide.
How long will delivery take?
With our logistics partner Blue Dart, most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days in metro cities, 2–3 business days in other major locations, and up to 4–5 business days in remote areas. A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched for real-time updates.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?
