Refund & Return Policy

At Kaaf Club, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns only in the following cases:
  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • To be eligible:
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:
  • Opened or used products.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective).

3. How to Request a Return

  • When requesting a return, please include:
  • Your order ID.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos of the defective/damaged product.
  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after the returned product passes our quality check.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • If a replacement has been accepted and delivered, refunds will not be issued.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective/damaged, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
