At Kaaf Club, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
- The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective).
3. How to Request a Return

- When requesting a return, please include:
- Your order ID.
- Reason for return.
- Photos of the defective/damaged product.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued after the returned product passes our quality check.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- If a replacement has been accepted and delivered, refunds will not be issued.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective/damaged, we cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
